There have been many conversations regarding the current tree lighting in the Alley, and it’s clear that what we have now does not meet the community's expectations.
In response, we have partnered with Creative Nightscapes to design an improved lighting experience for the Tree Alley, Front Entrance, and Round Fountains. They will be presenting several lighting options for the community to consider during a live demonstration on Tuesday, August 20 at 9:00 PM, at the second round fountain in the Alley.
We encourage all neighbors to attend this demonstration and help decide on the final lighting option. The design selected by the majority will move forward pending a special assessment, which must be paid prior to installation.
What’s Included in This Project:
• Lighting of 152 trees in the Alley
• Lighting of 3 round fountains (4 lights per fountain)
• Replacement of Front Entrance lighting
• High-quality fixtures and components:
o Dauer 3000K warm white LED fixtures (10-year warranty)
o Dauer transformer (lifetime warranty)
o Lifelock GPS dusk-to-dawn timer (15-year warranty)
Lighting Options & Estimated Special Assessments:
Option A – Integrated LED, trees lit from both sides – $69,390 total / approx. $2,100 per lot
Option B – Replaceable LED, trees lit from both sides – $60,695 total / approx. $1,840 per lot
Option C – Integrated LED, trees lit from one side – $41,595 total / approx. $1,260 per lot
Option D – Replaceable LED, trees lit from one side – $37,575 total / approx. $1,140 per lot
